It was a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and well taken care of. The deck was fabulous with the bbq grill and we also used the processing facilities.

When I spoke to Christine about what we (6 adults) were looking for, she listened. She asked questions like, "Will you be renting a car?" When I explained no, we didn't want that added expense, The Fisherman's Loft came into conversation based on the walkability and the excellent amenities the home had to offer. We slept comfortably, we cooked in a beautiful & well appointed kitchen, and we had an awesome view. We watched stunning sunsets from our porch. We watched the sea lions come and go. We witnessed sea-planes land and take off. We ALSO (yes, there is more) walked in to the quaint town of Sitka often. We walked to the grocery store, the liquor store, and had incredible coffee at the coffee bar at the local gas station. The coffee was the best! AND...yes, more, we ate at the Longliner right next door for a delicious Beast Burger (we took a break from the incredible Salmon that is delightfully made all over Sitka) WE met the real person that inspired the Character Ramon from the movie The Proposal. I asked Christine about the golf course. I noticed they had a driving range. She picked up coins for the machines at the range. It was so beautiful and fun, the attendant offered my husband and son the "cruise" special and they went back to take in the golf course experience -- apparently, there is no other course with shots like this! They had so much fun! Christine also suggested we reach out to Bumble Expeditions to plan a few excursions...Eagles, Otters, Bears and Whales...that was our wish list AND BECAUSE OF THE AMAZING EXPERINCE THROUGH BUMBLE, ALL OF OUR DREAMS CAME TRUE! Christine really listened to us and wanted our vacation to be one of the best ever, and it was! She knows Sitka. She knows what customer service should be. The Fisherman's Quay Loft was a wonderful place to come home to at night after a long funfilled day of adventure in Sitka. ALL 6 of us said that we were so glad we took the time to visit and experience Sitka the way we did. THANK YOU!

Four senior men came to Sitka for four days of fishing and stayed at the Loft. Great location for us. Didn't have time to use the bikes and kayaks made available. But the property had everything we needed and management was super responsive. We'll be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, maintained, and comfortable.. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Reservation process and communication very good. Good customer service. Location was perfect for us - we fished every day. Thank you.

The location of this loft was perfect for our fishing trip. It had great views and was furnished with everything we needed and lots of extra supplies.. The manager of the property was a great communicator and everything worked perfectly and we had a great trip.

The Loft is a great space for large or small groups, beautiful space with a lot of amenities, located right on the water. Well stocked, very clean and Sitka Travel management was easy to work with. Looking forward to coming back!

Jake was wonderful giving us an orientation to the bikes and kayak's. The location was perfect. A second TV in the bedroom would be great.

The loft was awesome. We give it five stars. It had gorgeous views, and we loved access to the kayaks and bicycles. Sitka rocks! Gunalcheesh!

Fisherman’s Quay is an easy walk to the downtown area as well as to a local grocery store. Being right on the water, you’ll never be bored watching boats going in and out of the sound.
The property has an amazing kitchen if you choose to cook, or you can easily walk to great cafes and coffee shops.

We have stayed at the Loft several times. Each time is a memorable experience. We love the location and the uniqueness of the working fisherman’s dock. Walking access to town is perfect too. Thank you very much!

We rented the Loft for a family of four from the East Coast and they were SO happy with it! They used the word "palatial" and praised not only the Loft but the folks running it – friendly but professional. I felt very proud of my Sitka!

We stayed in the loft, Fisherman's Quay. We had the best vacation ever. The location was a short walk away from Downtown but no too close. The loft was clean and had enough comforable beds to fit our crowd. We loved the dining area. We were able to get fresh Dungeness crabs for a big family crab boil. We enjoyed the bikes and kayaks available, it's such a beautiful place. The staff was quick to respond when needed and professional. We would definitely recommend staying at Fisherman's Quay.

You can't beat the location! Fishing charters can pick you up right at your doorstep. The loft was fully stocked, clean and spacious; exactly as described. Great communication and assistance from the property management company.

Fishing trip for 9 guys

Great location. Only 10 minute walk to grocery store and downtown. Our fishing guide met us at the dock at our location. Loft was well equipped and the property manager was very helpful. Used the available bikes and toured Sitka. Would definitely recommend this property and will definitely try to book this location during our next visit to Sitka.

Was an ideal location to get a feel for Sitka. So much to see from the loft and location. Plus space is absolutely beautiful and perfectly furnished. Property sleeps many and ideal for singles, not necessarily couples.

WE rented both the Bunkhouse North and the Loft to accommodate our large group. The location was great, walking distance to downtown and our chartered boats met us at our dock. The owners were very friendly.

Great spot for getting on the water

We stayed here for our last few days in Sitka before reluctantly moving away after a two year stay. For us the Loft captured everything that is special about living and working on the water in Sitka, with commercial and sport fishing boats, float planes, and even Coast Guard cutters motoring by all day long in the harbor in front of a picturesque island and mountain backdrop. The loft itself was very clean, spacious, and very well laid out, feeling much more like a 3 bedroom bargain for a one bedroom rental’s cost. Without a doubt the Loft will be our first choice for future visits back to the town we love so much!
